How do I clean my device?

Wash the brush surfaces with soap and water, rinse with clean water and dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.  Let the appliance dry in normal air.

Can I boil my device?

We do not recommend boiling your device as it may damage your device.

Can I leave my device outdoors in the sun?

We do not recommend leaving it outside in the sun, as it may damage your device.

Can I use other chargers on the device?

Yes you can.

Will my charger work in different countries if I use an adapter?

The input voltage of our devices starts from 110 V and goes up to 240 V. So, with the right adapter, you can use your device anywhere in the world.

How do I charge my device?

Gently insert your USB cable or charger cable into the charging port of your device. When the device is fully charged (after about 1 hour).

My device is not working and / or not charging. What should I do?

To understand what the problem is caused by, do the following: Try charging your device.

• Is the DC plug fully inserted into the DC socket?
  • Is the main plug firmly seated in the wall socket?

If your 3-button device still doesn’t work even though charging seems complete, make sure the travel lock is on. Turn the travel lock off by holding down the + and – buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. If the above actions have failed, your product may be faulty.
